The service was swift. The food was goodish. I mean I did enjoy it but I'm a sauce man and I love a sweet honey mustard and they just have a spicy Cajun mustard. Nothing wrong with that, that's their forte but...eh wish they had some sweet honey mustard. Besides that, good.

As some may know I prefer local joints. No Chains. But my quest for fried chicken has just led me to here. I have been going here for 3 years or so. Always for lunch. Each time I have been here (6 times or so) I have received my order accurate and quickly. If there is a issue they let me know . Food is alway fresh,spicy & delish. So unless someone can direct me to a better local eatery..this is my place.

Found a glove in my chicken at Popeyes Chicken at 3111 NE Pine Island Rd. Cape Coral, FL. The manager barely apologized and asked if I wanted a different meal. After saying I wanted a refund, he tells us we are "just looking for something in our food". Very concerned about the health laws this location is violating and their response to customer complaints. When I called for corporate's number, they hung up on us TWICE! I had to find the number via google, after they gave me a false number. Corporate took my complaint, but were not very helpful. The absolute worst service I have ever had I'm not one to write reviews I understand people can be busy but the sheer fact that there was a 20 minute wait for chicken on a drive-through I will never go to this Popeyes restaurant ever again the worst customer service I have ever had. A two minute wait went to be 20 minutes I advise anyone to restaurant without any apology

Went to eat there with my 9 year old son. The staff were dressed sloppy and were not in the least bit hurry to help any customers. The tables were dirty and no one seemed to care. I placed my order and 20 minutes later approached the counter only to find out that no one filled it. The manager had to come out and fill our order. Offered us a free apple pie......hmmm no thanks to the pie and the place ever again.

First experience at Popeyes. On my 30min break I went to this particular popeyes. I ordered the #11 chicken sandwich which was VERY good! The downside was the wait and customer service. Seemed like some old senior citizens were running the place... and that means everything is in slow motion! I was in a hurry so by the time i got my food i had a couple minutes to swallow it down! I got some drink on my hand so I started looking for a napkin... nope... you won't find them there! I looked everywhere until i gave up and went back to work... Also the rice... way too salty for my taste buds. Overall good place... if you got the time ;)
